Which celebs (and great leaders) knew choir was cool?

Many famous faces started out as group singers before reaching their stars!

As a chorister, you’ll add your name to an impressive list of people who got their music education in a school or community ensemble.

You’ll learn to sing like these famous performers, who sparkle because of their artistic talents: Blake Lively, Tina Fey, Ashton Kutcher, Brad Pitt, Amy Adams, Wayne Brady, James Belushi, Sandra Bullock, Anne Hathaway, Jamie Foxx, Kristin Chenoweth, Kelly Clarkson, Quincy Jones, Alicia Keys, Usher, Avril Lavigne, Clay Aiken, Lenny Kravitz, Axl Rose, Cole Porter, Justin Bieber and Glenn Close.

Choir teaches leadership too!

From US presidents (Woodrow Wilson, and both Theodore and Franklin D. Roosevelt) to a masterful American composer and conductor (Leonard Bernstein), and a famous neurosurgeon and CNN chief medical correspondent (Dr. Sanjay Gupta)… numerous former choristers have continued to lead the way!

Follow in their footsteps.

From music education to incredible confidence and performance skills, singing with the Victoria Children’s Choir will help you shine bright.

Singers ages 10 and older are welcome to reserve an audition.

The Victoria Children's Choir is a Member of Choral Canada and the BC Choral Federation.

We would like to acknowledge that we gather on the unceded, ancestral lands of the Lekwungen speaking peoples – the Songhees and Esquimalt First Nations, who have stewarded these lands and waterways since time immemorial, and whose connection to the land continues to this day. We are grateful to live, learn, raise our families, and make music on these beautiful lands. We would also like to acknowledge our Métis, Inuit and urban Indigenous partners and friends who call these lands their home.
